Terms and Conditions

This Consent Agreement is made and entered on this day between Rentbetahouse Nigeria Limited and You, Collectively referred to as “Parties” or individually as “Party.”

WHEREAS both Parties are involved in property rental consent, and they have a mutual interest in sharing certain data for the sole purpose of furthering the objectives of this business;

WHEREAS, both Parties understand the importance of protecting the shared data and agree that it shall not be used for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Data Sharing

1.1 Nature of Data: The Parties agree to share the following data, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, and address location.

1.2 Purpose: The shared data shall be used solely to improve marketing strategies, optimize operational processes, enhance customer service, etc.

1.3 Duration: This Agreement shall be in effect from the effective date, as signed, until either Party provides written notice of termination to the other Party, with a minimum notice period of 30 days.

2. Data Protection

2.1 Confidentiality: Both Parties agree that the shared data is confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other Party, except as required by law.

2.2 Security Measures: The Parties shall implement reasonable security measures to protect the shared data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

2.3 Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access to the shared data, the affected Party shall promptly notify the other Party and cooperate in mitigating any potential harm or loss.

3. Compliance with Laws

Both Parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to data privacy and protection, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Act, and other relevant data protection laws.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

5. Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party in accordance with Section 1.3. Termination shall not affect the Parties’ obligations regarding the shared data, confidentiality, and data protection that arose prior to termination.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, and agreements.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

8. Execution

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Consent Agreement as of this day/date.

Party A: Rentbetahouse Nigeria Limite and Party B: You.

By signing this Consent Agreement, both Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to its terms and conditions for the purpose of sharing data for their business objectives and ensuring that the shared data is not used for fraudulent activities.
